Unless otherwise requested by the customer, French Illusion utilizes Australia Post for all deliveries. Once an order is despatched, a tracking number will be provided to the client.

For very large orders, French Illusion may explore alternative delivery companies to obtain the most competitive rate.

Provided items are in stock, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. If an item is out of stock French Illusion will contact you within 24 hours regarding anticipated delivery date. French Illusion will also advise you by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries within Australia usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. At times, delays in delivery may occur due to public holidays or some unforeseen circumstance. French Illusion cannot take responsibility for these delays.

All orders are delivered during normal business hours. French Illusion takes great care when packaging, to ensure all items arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Customers may return any item which is damaged or faulty for exchange or refund within 14 days of the goods being received. You must inform us of your intention to return the goods within that period by phone or e-mail. Please include your reason for returning the goods.

All products were carefully checked prior to despatch from our warehouse. Products being returned must be in the original packaging, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it.

All items being returned must be sent via registered post at your own expense or as mutually agreed.
